...comes out of his bed? this has made a hell out of my life because then I can not go back to sleep and i am so tired to go to work. If i ignore him he screams louder and if i hug him he continues doing it every night.I can not miss work more than this

The biggest thing is if you can figure out what is waking him up. Is he thirsty or hungry? Does he have nightmares or does he need to go potty? Make sure he has a snack and a drink before bed (unfortunately this is may cause bed wetting) take him potty and read him a story. If he needs a security blanket or night light that may help. I hope one of these ideas will help a little.
