ANYONE HELP ME? I have replaced: cam sensor, fuel filter, and still having this problem. But I am tired of dropping money into my truck without having results. This truck is twin turbos, has a external fuel pump as well as internal, been totally muscled up, but cant fix the little problems, and its always one thing after another. I could use any suggestions please. I would rather try and do it this way then take her into a mechanic and have a huge bill. Thanks.

it could be that the tymming belt is out of time or it could be the sparks plugs cables, one of them might be broken in the cable line.

I have had a lot of help from thedieselgarage.com.
It’s a forum that really is good. They can direct you on where you need to start
Doesn’t matter what diesel you drive and some very knowledgeable people on it.
Good luck.
Love oil burners

ADDED Leona it is a diesel , it will not have a idle control motor, if it was gas i would agree with you

My husband is a auto mechanic he is very good when he repairs vehicles I asked him your question he said without him scanning your truck that he thinks about 75% sure of his work your problem could be something called your IDLE AIR CONTROL MOTOR I don't know but he is the best on the wwest sideof Cleveland good luck hope we could help
