they are supposed to. Why? The control of speed for the fan blowing works as I want it to but when I turn the dial to blow out of the front vents it doesn't do 9 times out of 10 or sometimes not at all, it will only blow out of the vents up top by the windshield. No matter what I do, I can turn the dial to blow out at my feet but still it will only blow by the windshield. Also, 50 percent of the time I turn the heater on and it will only blow cold air. Also, the bulb that should light up behind the temp controls(air conditioning/heating) are out & don't light up ever, I don't know if this is related to the problem or not. The air conditioner when its on blows nice and cold and heater when its on blows hot. Any ideas?
