My 4 month old kitten had a piece of rubber band in his poo?

The piece was 1 inch long. I haven't found the rest of the rubber band anywhere, so I don't know how much he has swallowed. He pooped all right though, the rubber band was right in the middle of the poop. Do you think there is danger or that he will be fine and poop the rest out like he pooped this one? The problem is I am just fostering the kitten and it will go to a barn tomorrow, so I won't be able to watch it all the time if he poops. I will call the vet in the morning, I was just wondering if you have any idea about it.

I think the "rubber band" might actually be a worm! They look like a rubber band in the animal's stool, the vet will know. Good luck and kudos to you for helping out the kitten! :)

I dont think a rubber band is a serious problem, I wouldn't worry about it, but make sure you don't have anything poisonous or sharp that he could eat, that might be a little worse.

It may have something wrong with it.

Guineapigs eat their own poop. That's a fact I swear.
