My 4 month old puppy has pooped with a very tiny amount of blood, not all the time,

1x every 2 days, serious? His poop is sometimes hard( for a pup ) and sometimes soft ( which i think is normal for his age), the last 5 days, there was blood on one of his poop. is this serious? he's still very active and doesnt seem ill.
