My 8 year old will be having her baptism soon, what should i serve after the service?

my husbands family are mormons. and they will baptize our daugther soon. what can i serve that will be easy to prepare, but still classy for the occasion?
it has to be something that i can just bring to church and serve right after the service.

my inlaw sugested sub-way, but i don't think i like that idea.
