My 90 chevy 3500 box truck headlights wont work?

I have a box truck and the headlights dont work. I checked the fuses and put a new switch in, Dome light doesnt work either. I checked all the wires under the dash. Power makes it to the switch, but not to the headlights, marker lights, or dome lights. Turn signal work, back up works and brake lights work. any suggestions???
 
Check your ground wires under the hood on your left side fender well right next to the battery there should be three wires screwed down here.
