My 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Window will not stay closed?

If I use the power window switch it will lower the passenger window. When trying to close it all I get is a click from the motor. If someone grabs the window and pushes up I can get it to close but it always drops back down about two inches within just a minute or two. Any ideas?
