my 99 saturn sl2 is only running on 2 cylinders. ?

Cylinders 3and 4 are dead but all cylinders have spark. I have swapped plugs and injectors and i have compression on all cylinders. The motor was just replaced. Why do I have 2 dead cylinders?

plug wires on wrong? crack in distributor cap?

your wires to the spark plug could e bad, try repalcing those
