My Alt and Esc key automatically functions like an Alt+Tab function. How can

I bring this back to default? I have all my drivers updated. My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate Edition. Please help me guys. Because of this problem, I cant use photoshop anymore because everytime I use the Alt key for the pen tool, it functions like the Alt+Tab feature. Same while playing games, everytime I press the "Esc" button, it function like the alt+tab key.
