ok, my angel fish was bullyed by my jewels and her fins were damaged, and we reemoved the jewels,

but shes really distressed, is she ok ??

Were is she now?
Turn her heat up to about 80-82 degrees, add a little anit biotic to prevent a secondary infection and add a little aquarium salt.
The heat and salt will increase her slime coat, help prevent a secondary infection as well as help relieve her stress.
Turn off her lights, warp a the tank in cloth to keep it dark if you must and leave her alone. Let her calm down and settle in.
