Here in the last year or so with more frequency occuring in the last month my arms from roughly elbow down go numb either when im sleeping or laying in bed playing on phone, my elbows have alsobegun to make a light crunching sound mainly the right one, what could be causing my arms to tingle like this. when im sleeping it seems to be what ever arm on the side im laying on
