my baby daddy is not paying child support what do i do?

he has recently quit his job and owes back support how can i get it from his tax refund that he owes back

I think if he owes back child support his tax refund will go towards that. In California anyways I dont know about other states

if there is a court order in place for him to pay child support, the child support division MIGHT take his state income tax.

if there is no court order, you might consider a family law attorney for help
