She is a breath holder. My son does the same. If she does hit her head again, do not allow her to sleep for at least 45 minutes. My son does the same exact thing, and the first few times I ran him to the hospital. They assured me it was normal and passing out causes you to catch your breath again. Your body will not allow you to not breath. I know its scary, but my doctor said they usually grow out of it by 4-5 years old

I think she's alright but since she bumped her head she felt a little dizzy which made her look like this.
But when she wakes up if you feel she's acting a bit different and odd, go visit a doctor. It's always better to have a reliable source and to feel relieved .
I hope she's fine.
Take Care.

then closed her eyes as if passing out? so she fell not from far just like a ft off the ground...shes got a very big head..shes 1...she tried to scream and just held it in and then finally breathed after about 25 seconds...(what felt like forever) then she kinda rolled her eyes and seemed like she passed out for about 10 seconds...now i have 2 older kids so i know kids fall and its usually 99 percent of the time ok...but just curious if I should be taking her into the er ...she is napping now...i keep checking on her..i called the dr of course they kept me on hold 10 minutes so now im contempleting what to do...I hate to over react ...but ....?? any suggestions...?

I would take her in. Fainting after hitting your head can be a sign of concussion.
