My behaviour and his behaviour. Is he interested?

My behaviour:
- I am extremely shy around him, not able to say hello or smile at him
- When he is speaking with me, I am not able to make eyecontact with him, I am just staring him from distance
- I am just messaging him on FB, but there I am very emotional and honest
- When he says hello and asks about my day, I am not able to reply all the time because I am embarrassed and in these situations he shouts my name after me /happened maybe 3 times/
- I wrote him that I like a particular shirt on him with a tie, next day he wores EXACTLY the same clothes and approached me and said hello, but I was shocked and I wasnt able to react.

His behaviour:
- He is awkward and uncomfortable around me,
- We are not able to make direct eyecontact next to each other,
- He stares a lot, sometimes our eyes meet, but sometimes he looks away,
- He is easily talking and laughing with our collegues, except with me, at the moment he just says hello and asks about my day
- If he has to speak with me in connection with work, he is more polite with me than with others but unable to have eyecontact with me

What do you think? Is he interested?

Try going on a group date with other people you are both comfortable around. If you spend some time in social circles together, it may be easier for both of you to become more relaxed around each other. Or you can just flat out tell him you like him in a message on FB. Then the ball is in his court.

I think he might be interested, but doesnt want to come across as too pushy. Maybe he is also shy too, and wants to talk to you which is why he shouts your name if you dont reply

I think he's interested in you, but he also sounds a bit shy. When he calls out your name, try and at least respond. It'll keep him interested
