My Bell mobility balance?

So I checked on the Bell website & my phone by txting them. It says my current balance is $0.00. Does anyone know what this means? Cause I've been worrying bout how my bill was gonna cost extra since I texted the states.

The weird thing about texting the States, is not only do you get charged for sending the text as normal, but the poor person receiving the text also gets charged. This only happens in the US. There is no country - other than the US - where somebody receiving an international text gets charged
