Sevin is a toxic chemical. Did you read over the instructions for use before spraying something you want to eat. I'm pretty sure it says don't use on edible items, ever. Essentially, your veggies absorb the poison and then you eat it.

Try Insecticidal Soap in the future for much better results. Organic and not toxic to humans.

I'd be less worried about the curling leaves as they will probably be OK once the ground dries some, but check the poison label for your health.
 
Sevin won't cause leaf curl. Too much water will though. A virus or aphids can also cause it. Aphids are easy to spot on the underside of the leaves and Sevin will get rid of them. If the leaf edges become dry and leathery looking, it is likely a virus infection and there is no cure.
