My BitTorrent won't start downloading?

I am downloading Mawaru Penguindrum from bakabt.me, size is 21 gb, BitTorrent says the downloaded are 47% done, seeds are 0 (99), peers 0 (4) and the rest are blank? I was still able to download last night but now I can't download now? It won't start and there is a red arrow pointing down. Are there no seeds for me? What should I do to make it download? :-(

Try again the same time it was downloading before. the seeders probably have there computers turned off because of the time difference. Apps are never seeded as well as films - people do hit and run a lot, look at the most recent comment on the site.
