i have had this phone for less than a week... And my blackberry curve is constantly loading and wont go to the main menu..This started happening the other day and that's all it does i have done the battery pull and everything and i had let it die and put it on the charger and it still does the same thing...Does anyone know how to fix it or willi have to call the insurance company
