MY blackberry curve keeps deleting all my call logs and texts !!!?

Ive checked all the settings on my black berry and randomly every few days... sometimes even every day all my call logs and text messages are all cleared off my phone. anyone.. helppp

and yes i checked the settings.. again for those who will tell me to do that.

just trying to see if anyone knows before i go into the store for help... THANKS
