When I first got it i downloaded BBM and I guess I have version 4.7 for some reason. And everybody has version 5.0 where they have a picture for their icon and can change their profile and have the scanbar but mine has nothing like that. So when I tried to upgrade to verion 5.0 it keeps canceling in the middle of the process and wont let me finish. Whats going on...? How do i upgrade???
