My blackberry pearl flip is...damaged?

Ok, so I see and type all my texts prefectly fine, but when I send texts out, people are getting "%$^&*!@#$^&*()" symbols. I did drop my phone, but I do that quiet a bit, so I dunno if that will have a huge impact on it. Any advice?
And now I cannot see my recived messages
 
My blackberry pearl flip is... damaged? I wouldn't say that's technically a question unless you don't know if its damaged, from what I'm guessing it is broken, you should take it to your phone provider to see if they can fix it & give you a replacement for the time being (if you have a warranty)
