my blackberry wont send emails?!?

I have a curve 8310. and I have a unlimited data plan + unlimited texts. etc. I recieve emails fine, however when i go to compose email it says "no message services configurated" I dont get why. Im in an area that has great service and ive tried in different areas as well, and it still says the same thing. Ive been trying to google this but have come up empty handed. I send texts fine, blackberry messenger is fine, I can go online fine... just the email thing is crazy. I did register when I got it, I do havea blackberry email account and everything. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I looked at the help section on the phone and couldn't find much there either. :( thanks a lot guys

thanks everyone. ryan fixed it for me :D! I never clicked the send service thing when I registered etc. lol oops. I am slow sowwy. sad to think ive had the phone for months without being able to write emails :eek:
 
You might want to try to send the service books again.

att.blackberry.com

Log in and click send service books and that should fix it. If not you need to call tech support.

Just dial 611 from your phone.
 
That's strange. I have the exact same phone and mine works. So, it's obviously something wrong with your service. I would call them tomorrow and ask them why it won't work! Call the store where you got it! Don't call a 1-800 number because they will put you on hold forever! LOL! Good Luck! =]
 
Well I know at least 6 people who have had to return their Blackberrys in the last month, you might want ti get it checked out.
