My Bluetooth headset beeps when connected to my computer?

I'm trying to connect my Motorola Bluetooth headset to my computer to listen to audio, which I had done on a previous occasion, but after the first few days, it had started making small beeping noises every few seconds. It was not out of batteries or malfunctioning or anything. I have since formatted my computer and upgraded to Windows 7 Professional and it still beeps when connected.

Any ideas on how to stop the beeping so I can just hear my sounds through it again?
 
Did you reinstall the software for you bluetooth adapter in your computer or if its a usb adapter still try reinstalling the software for the adapter. Also if the bluetooth adapter is integrated into your laptop or desktop that adapter may not be compatible with windows 7, i had a friend who upgraded and his sound card wasn't compatible with Windows 7... Hope this helps
