I want to connect my Sony Ericsson to my Dell XPS M1330, but even though my device is visible, it can't connect, I tried it vice versa, but whenever I tick the box saying "Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find This Computer" it says "An error occurred while Windows was saving your settings. The Bluetooth Device may be unplugged." My bluetooth device is on, as I tried checking in the BIOS, and when it is unsuccessful in finding devices, it says the adapter may not be plugged in, despite it being built-in.
