my boyfriend has bought a acer aspire 6920g laptop, anyone know how to get the blu

you should return the laptop to acer because it sounds like the blu ray is faulty

ray working? only bought it yesterday.. so thought we'd buy a new blu ray film to watch on it! only problem is when insert the disk it keeps saying that the region isnt right! we've got the laptop on region 2 which is right for england and can watch normal films.. but the blu ray just arnt working! phoned acer up yesterday they just said restore everything and try again... not much help at all!! even tried takin the film back to the shop and got a different one, but still same thing! says on the back of the films that they region b... which is europe aswell but no option for b on laptop!
any ideas??? please!
