My boyfriend said he deleted his eharmony account but hes still receiving...

...new match emails...? His subscription was longer than mine so Im not sure if that would make a difference or not, but he said he deleted it and the customer service representative would not tell me ANYTHING.

What are some reasons as to why he would still be recieving these emails?
Well I dont recieve new match emails anymore...his are all updated...
 
sometimes it takes a while befor tour account I completely deleted
Like a few weeks but they mention it on there website( privacy policy section or like
Frequently asked question section) if It says that itshould have been deleted right away then go to
There contact us and email them ur issue , usually try do it reallyquick if u email them personally hats what I usually do:) good luck
 
Services like that will email you forever. It can be hard to get off the mailing list even if he doesn't have the account anymore.
