My brother is in the Army Reserve, wants to go to school,he now has no place to

live,no car, no job,help!? He is trying to go active duty and he is not getting an answer from his reserve unit. He wants to go active so he can have a life again. He wants to go to school, if he does not get an answer soon. He has no money, no car and about a week or 2 away from being homeless. I have sent as much money as I can to help and I live 2000 miles away from him. I am trying to help. He can not live with our dad because our dad is abusive toward him. It is not a healthy place for my brother. I know his credit is not the greatest but what is the fastest loan he can get for school? and any ideas of where he can live being a reservist he has to stay in the area because they do drills once a month.
