my brother is the most immature person EVERR?

hes 15 but he fights with my little brother whos 10. He always tries to compete with kids that are younger than him. He doesnt think before he does stuff and he always gets into trouble because of his stupid immaturity. I always tell him he needs to grow up and I try to help him stay away from trouble but he just will not listen to anyone's advice. He thinks hes too cool to take orders from anyone, including my parents. What can we do to get him to grow up and mature a little bit?!?

look for his positives and try to build him up in any way you can,thats just how 15 year old boys act.reap into him what you want to sow out of him. then wait about 7 years.
