The Speakers)? One day I pass a hole in the street and after that I started to hear the engine s alternator over the music. Please need HELP with this :(

I check for the ground wire and its seems to look ok and also I check all others wires ( remote, Bat+, Ground , etc.

To be honest, the hole that I slut was strong
