My car sputters out a light brown fluid from the tailpipe that i suspect is

antifreeze? any ideas? 94' taurus.. excessive white smoke accompanied by sputtering of a light brown/clear fluid
..if it is a antifreeze leak, is it harmful to continue to run the car and just refill the antifreeze as needed?
