My charger from my phone's acting kinda funny?

Last night, I charged my phone right? Then this morning, it's still not charged. It was working earlier this week. It has a little green light that lights when I plug it up, and it still works, but my phone won't charge! I'm a little frustrated right now. I just got this charger like..a while ago, not that long. Should I get another charger or should?
Plus, I didn't do anything to it.
