my child is being hunted. how can i make her hunting go away with out pissing it off?

when i was a child i had a poltergeist follow me for years then just stop one day. i believe that it is now happening to my 3 year old doughtier and i dont know how to stop it. im not sute if it the same ghost that hunted me ot if she has a completely diff one. i am afraid to bless the house in case all it does is anger the spirit. what should i do?
