My DVD drive won't show up on "computer". I am running Windows Vista, Service pack 2 on a HP dv9500 laptop with 2 gig RAM and a 32 bit operating system. I was able to access it a while back, but haven't used it for a few months and now when I open up "Computer", there is no E: drive where it used to be. I can see the C drive and the D drive (a partition on the C drive that I created long ago) and that's it. I don't have any other devices connected to it (printer, scanner, external drives, etc.). Any ideas what I should look for? I am not very computer savvy.
