My computer has a bluetooth symbol?

when i try to click the options it loads and then stops. i still dont even know if my computer has bluetooth, Please Help

Look on the bottom for a sticker saying Blue Tooth certified.
Blue Tooth will not work until you enable it and then connect to another devise like a cell phone.
