My computer lost connection to internet after I cleaned viruses and spyware using

anti virus softwares? My Dell computer (Windows XP) can't connect to the internet anymore. Though the computer is running quite fast now. System restore doesn't work either. I checked the network wire and it works fine with other computers and connect to internet.

What is the exact error message? What ISP are you using?
