My Computer Reads my Water Damaged iPhone?

So I dropped my iPhone in the toilet like last year, and I haven't done anything with it since... But now I'm trying to use it. I plugged it into the computer, and on the iPhone, it shows a battery which is barely full, and it just looks like it does when it has low battery. Under it, there is like a lightning icon... But when I go to my computer, it doesn't show my iPhone or anything... What do I do now?

Well your computer cannot "see" the iPhone because it is not turned on. If you can charge it and it turns on, iTunes should recognize it.
