Sometimes when I turn on my computer it shuts down and shows a blue screen. Sometimes it does this and somtimes it doesn't, but usually when I turn my computer's power off and then instantly back on it doesn't do that when I turn it on again.

But when the blue screen pops up it says this:

A problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.

Check to be sure you have adequated disk space. If a drive is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart you computer, open F8 to select advance start-up options, and then select safe mode.

Technical Information:
….
Beginning dump of physical memory….

What should I do? I tried the F8 thing and it didn't do anything. And I checked my disk space and I have plenty of space left on my computer... How can I fix this problem?
