so maybe i am JUST 11, but i do care about my health, and what i put into my body. but if it wasn't for my want to be healthy, i would end up like my brother, who my parents fed: Eggo pancakes with butter and syrup EVERY day for break fast, bagel and full fat cream cheese for lunch, and hot dog and french fries for dinner, EVERY DAY, cuz it TASTED good to him. they didnt care if he got fat, even though he WAS, they just wanted him to have YUMMY things to eat. so my parents, always try to give me unhealthy food, and say: "it does not matter what you eat at 11, you could eat donnoughts all day, and not gain weight"... i dont think thats true... my parents always tell me i DONT have to eat veggies or fruit. and they try to feed me pork, and whole milk all the time. my mom even says: "you dont need whole wheat bread or rice, white is just the same, and TASTES better." how do i explain to them, how important getting GOOD nutrition is for my growing, and just overall health right now? btw, my bro is now 18 and realized how bad he was eating, and now eats super healthy every day.
