my dad keeps screwing around with my internet connection?

well i have a computer in my room, and every night at 11 o clock my dad does something to my internet which makes me unable to access the internet. he doesnt disconnect me, im still conected to our network, i just cant get onto the internet. my first question: what is he doing? 2nd question: how can i still access the internet after 11?

He's turning it off probably with software or router settings.

Hes probably doing some work for his job which wont allow you to use the Internet.
