My daughter has weight issues?

Shes 13, and not too tall either 5'1. I let her go with her dad for a year and before she left she was losing weight (she was only a lil over). Then she came back and shes now gained plenty more! She didnt tell me till pretty late but she has stretch marks too! Im so worried and she gets so idk just unhappy. You see I was never was over weight and didnt get stretch marks till I was pregnant but I cant handle my girl to be so sad. I know its my fault. She also is going through changes very early since probably 10! Help please, THANKS.
