My dirt bike does not get ANY gas at high speeds!?

Whenever I try to go at a higher speed in 3rd or 4th gear (4th gear is max) my bike does not get ANY gas, it completely stops accelerating. the faster I try to make it go the less gas it gets, I can hear it.... it sounds just like it does when its running out of gas! *but it has a full tank of gas!*

What do I do? it's a 110cc 4 stroke dirt bike.
