My dog constantly runs back and forth whining and hollering and idk why! Help...

...please!!!? My dog recently went to the vet because he had an ear infection and he went to get treatment and we discovered that was the reason for his constant hollering. But now he is doing it again and I doubt it is an ear infection. He whines and runs from room to room every 6 min. It's frustrating to know what exactly the issue is :-(
 
He may be in pain . Take him to the vet gain to make sure he's okay you don't want to risk anything take the safe route . Try to play with him it may stop him from whining and hollering and take him outside he may just want to run around the yard .
 
"and I doubt it is an ear infection" What makes you think this? If he is doing the exact same action/exact same symptoms, why would it not be something similar? You do realise infections can come back if either not completely gotten rid of, or the root cause is still there, right?

Either way, it seems like he is in pain again, so yeah, take him to the vet.
