My dog has done this twice now, It is really strange. He shakes his head from

side to side,faster and faster.? It is like someone who has parkinsons disease would do I guess would be a better way to explain it. He dont do it for long but it is pretty scary. It is kinda of like he his cold or scared maybe,but the rest of his body dont shiver.When I cover him up or scratch behind his ears he stops. Any advice? I am very paranoid about everything my animals do that dont seem normal. Am I just being over paranoid or what?
