my dog has red bumps on her body?

hello my dog has recently grown some wart looking bumbs on her body she has one on her lower eyelid,her stomach and on her leg. each one is about the size of a dime, she is eating normal and still playing normal she never scrathes or anything she acts as if its not even there, im taking her to the vet tomorrow for her appointment but for the time being maybe someone can help me find out what she has. she is 9 month old english bulldog she lives inside and only plays with other dogs on the weekends
