My friend opened the door accidentally,and she ran off. After searching for hours,I stumbled upon a police officer- and my dog lying on the side of the road. This was so recent, and i can barely think about it without getting emotional.
My cousin, whom i got the dog from, suggested that i take a puppy(her dog, who was my dog's mother just had another litter). I still don't know what to do.
