My ds emulator (no$gba) doesnt work?

Every time i load a game it says "Could not read the data.Turn off the power, and reinsert the DS card".What am i suppose to do?
I play my Ds emulator in my pc and i dont know how to fix it.It says "Could not read the data.Turn off the power, and reinsert the DS card."How can i fix the emulator(no$gba)
