my dvd 9 from roxio does not work? it says something about videowave not working?

i have windows vista and it came with easy media creator 9 from roxio. i do have the disk. tjhe dvd express works , but the my dvd does not. it opens and says videowave not working. this really disappoints me. so u know how to fix it?

or any other free dvd burning programs

Go to Roxio Site for an update to your windows vista platform. They had elimanated some problem by updating on their site.

Download some patches update that your application may work for you. Go to their support group that they may assist you better.

If you happen to open Roxio go to Roxio update. I hope this helps.
