after 3months of our break up,i try to re contact with my ex bf,and he is now okay with me,we talk over phone and most important he is still physically attructed to me,but he does not want the relationship back,what does it mean?

The meaning is very clear, so clear in fact, that you wrote it in your question. He is still physically attracted, but he doesn't want a relationship with you. I guess it could also mean that he will have sex with you, but he won't date you or call you his girlfriend. He has been very honest with you, stop being friends with him ASAP - it will only lead to hurt and further heartbreak for you.
