My eye is puffy and red?

Heyy everyone!
Today I didn't go to school because my left eye is puffy and red. I was just wondering what can I do to reduce the swelling??

A visit to an optometrist for some antibiotics. you regular pediatrician can also treat pinkeye. It is highly contagious and can if left untreated cause other problems. Get some medication immediately. In the mean time a clean cloth with very warm not hot water and let it sit on the closed eye will help sooth it and reduce some swelling. You can alternate with warm and cold water and do what feels best. Keep changing to a clean cloth each time and do not touch the other eye if it is not affected.

But definately get to a doctor for treatment. The school will not let you return to school till it is treated. Get to a local health clinic if you cannot get seen by your doctor.
 
I suggest seeing your doctor, this could be signs of serious illness and most likely some form of infection. Try a cold pack but you need to see your doctor or E.R.
